Position: Part-Time Nanny transitioning to a 30hr role in August 

Start Date: June 1st, 2026

Location: St. Charles, IL

Description: We are seeking a trustworthy, caring, and engaging part-time nanny with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role during the upcoming school year for this adventurous family. The ideal candidate is experienced with children, dependable, and able to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide care for their first grade, kindergarten, 3 year-old boys and their newborn girl

• Follow daily routines including feeding, naps, and playtime

• In the fall pick two oldest up from school and bring them home

• Children’s laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing

• Assist with occasional meal preparation for the children/family

• Handle light grocery shopping or errands as needed

• Change diapers and assist with age-appropriate hygiene for the youngest

• Engage in developmental activities (reading, singing, play, etc.)

• Provide care to their dog, including outdoor breaks

• Monitor developmental milestones and communicate updates to parents

• Ensure the child’s safety at all times
  

Hours: Starting with 10hrs in the summer (8am-11am two days a week and 2pm-6pm one evening) and expanding to 30hrs in the fall! 

Compensation: $30/hour, averaging $300 per week in the summer months and in the fall averaging $900 per week. Guaranteed hours, weekly pay. 

Notes: Nanny must be willing to undergo a background check, complete reference check, and have a clean driving record. They are a fun and active family looking for a part-time nanny with the possibility of more hours in the fall—if you love keeping up with 3 boys and a newborn, this role is for you!
