Hi! I’m Cassie — Co-Founder of Care & Co. with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and a Masters in Public Health.
For the past 3 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children of all ages across Chicago. My background as a child nutritionist and caregiver allows me to support nannies and families in a meaningful way.
Over the years, I’ve built strong, lasting relationships with families and fellow nannies throughout the city. I created this agency to bring those connections to life — helping match families with warm, genuine, and professional caregivers who feel like part of the family.
When I’m not working, you can find me running along the lakefront, cooking new recipes or baking for the people I love.

Hi! I’m Emma — Co-Founder of Care & Co. with a Bachelors degree in Nursing.
I am a registered nurse with 4 years of experience, specializing in the Emergency Department. With a passion for nurturing others and a background in both healthcare and childcare, I have had the privilege of working in roles that have allowed me to make a meaningful impact on families’ lives.
Throughout the years I’ve worked with families to create environments where children and their families feel safe and loved, but also encouraged to grow and learn. I am excited to work with your family to find you the perfect match that does just that!
In my free time I enjoy running, traveling with friends and trying out new restaurants around the city.
